Booking in Advance

Plan ahead! You can book up to 3 months in advance, so secure your preferred date and time early.

Hair Policy

We provide all hair required for most services—including box braids, passion twists, cornrows, and more. If you prefer to bring your own hair (such as for certain crochet styles), just let us know.

Comfort & Amenities

Enjoy a comfortable visit with complimentary snacks, drinks, and Wi‑Fi. Feel free to bring your entertainment, work, or study materials to help you relax.

Payment Options

We accept Card and Cash App for our website deposit, and cash or Cash App on the day of service.

Guests

To ensure a serene and focused atmosphere, please come solo—guests are welcome only with prior approval.

Late Arrivals

We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $25 fee will be charged for every additional 15 minutes.

Cancellations & Deposits

  • Deposits are fully refundable within 24 hours of booking.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment incur a 25% cancellation fee.
